By far Trello is our favourite pick when it comes to a practical and eye pleasing to-do list app.
If you are looking for a simple tool with many features you can personalise, and if you are the type of person who wants your items organised in your own way including photos, color codes and tick boxes, then Trello might be your best escape.
The Trello board is not only aesthetically appealing, but also very easy to manage, customisable, and will definitely help you with your own management of your tasks and your time. You can download the app on your phone, or you can use your browser to work with the app.

I recently started using Trello – before that, I had been writing tasks on sticky notes and stuck these on my wall. I even divided these in columns with “to do” “doing” and “done”! Wrike may sound like an entirely different to-do app among the others which have the task management functions, but it definitely simplifies job allocation and makes communication and processes easier and more accessible.
